Prison walls

Numbered doors punctuated a concrete labyrinth, sleeper agents reading secret codes off of the walls inside.

Secret weapons made inert, misled from their true potential, misread by the myriad eyes surrounding, transforming them into actors, sewn into the tapestry of inert imagination.

" ... I felt like a monster under cloak of darkness, hiding from intelligences which would have burned lesser constitutions, the primitive nature of my surrounding environment forcing me to become an actor in a great crime, blunted and emptied and doing what I'm told in a line of billions, all complicit with our shared injustice, each shielded by each others participation."
